Education
Educational forums have formed an integral component of Coalition activities since its inception. The Coalition supplements its safety practice development efforts with education programs that are designed to engage hospital leadership, promote systems improvements, and move from a culture of blame to a culture of safety in an effort to reduce medical errors. Our past programs are listed under the major categories of Initiatives, Improvement Programs, and Leadership Forums.
